After checking the invoice, click on the back button to return to the ‘New Sale’ screen.

At this point, you can still amend the invoice, add items, change prices and quantities, add attachments etc.

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen.

You can Preview the invoice and amend it as often as necessary.

When you are satisfied, tap on the ‘Save’ button.

The invoice has now been saved in EasyBooks, but not yet made available to your customer

The ‘Invoice view’ is now displayed.

The Android Share panel will be displayed.

Please note that the screen contents of your android device may be different from the one shown here. Content will depend on services installed on your device.

If you would like to print the Invoice, then a print driver for your printer must be downloaded from the Google store and installed on your device.

Depending on the delivery service you have chosen (WhatsApp, print, email, etc.) a screen will be presented to complete the action using whichever apps are permitted to share on your device.

Here is a panel for Gmail to send the invoice to your customer by email.

The email address inserted by EasyInvoice is the default for this customer. Override it if you would like the invoice sent to someone else.

Use ‘Compose email’ to include any comments you might want to include.

Note the invoice is included as a PDF file plus any attachments you have added.

Tap the blue Android arrow at the top right of the screen to send your invoice to the client.
